The overall condition of the TC-35 is very good for the year of production. I had to look hard for anything that was out of place. I honestly have to say it was like being at home.
The only area which will need finishing detail work is the exterior teak. Anyone who owns a teak vessel knows it's a labor of love.
The only option the owner decided not to choose in the TC-35 is a generator. This was because most of their destinations where to ports of call along the inland waterway. Electronics like GPS were never needed because they travel the same routes before GPS was invented.
